What shirt brand do you print on?
All Element and Vibe standard t-shirts are printed on amazing quality, 100% cotton tees. Our shirts are a slim fit and we recommend that
women go up one size and men order the shirt they typically wear. If men prefer not to wear slim fitting tees, go up one size.
What size should I order?
Our sizes range from S - 2XL. Sizes 3XL and larger must be custom ordered but are available upon request. These tees will take 14-21 days to arrive. Our tees are cut slim. We recommend that Women go up one size. If the desired look for a Men's tee is a slim fit, we recommend that Men order their true size. Because our Men's tees are a slim cut, they are considered Unisex. Currently, we print on crew neck tees only.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts are printed using a screen printing process.
Will the designs fade or shrink?
Element and Vibe solely prints white on black. Design fading is not an issue. Tees will fade some after being washed but will still hold up for lots of wear and multiple washes. There is minimal shrinkage and our tees maintain their shape, however, we recommend that the washing instructions are followed to ensure proper care. Washing instructions are found in the tag of each tee.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through our secure payment processing system.We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
Do you print custom orders for groups?
If your group is interested in having a t-shirt design printed by Element and Vibe, it must be in line with our brand. We are not a printing company but will gladly print a t-shirt that resonates with our customer base. At least 12 tees must be ordered and the order must be paid in full. This design will be an exclusive and the group's contact will receive their tee free of charge.
SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States take 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 5-7 days of ordering. In some cases, there will be a delay in delivery due to tees that are on back order in which delivery may take 14-21 days. If you require your tee(s) sooner, please shoot us a message when your order is placed. Pre-Orders are often presented to the community prior to them being in our inventory thus shipment of these items will be 10-14 days of the order being placed. International orders usually take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way. During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 -15 business days to ship.

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping
confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
If you need to exchange your size, no problem! Let us know within 7 days of receiving your tee and as long as the tee is in it's original condition and has not been worn or washed, we will gladly replace your tee. A shipping fee will be assessed. If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size and shipping fees will be waived. - Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
- Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
- Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
- Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
